The medical center design will be a building of approximately 9,186 square feet, comprised of consultation rooms, rooms for minor surgical procedures, a waiting room, administrative offices, and a hospital bay for those procedures that require overnight monitoring or extended treatment.

An annex or adjoining building 3,200 square feet will house living quarters for a team of three doctors and three nurses, as well as living space for an onsite security guard. The annex will also contain bathrooms, a common area for the staff, and a kitchen area.
