Mr. Koffi has strong ties to West Africa, specifically to the nation of Côte d’Ivoire. He has always maintained his Ivorian roots and has laid the groundwork for the implementation of the AfriMed Network. This critical pair of “boots on the ground” is essential in staying abreast of Côte d’Ivoire’s needs and keeping vital communication lines open. Fluent in both English and French, he provides the on-the-ground management overseeing construction and security for the project.

Over the years, Mr. Koffi has served in many roles in technology development and management beginning at Fidelity, and later was part of the team preparing EMC Corporation as part of the company’s Y2K readiness task force. He later worked as part of the management team at Haley and Aldrich, a geological and infrastructure firm in Massachusetts. He has also been a member of the Boston Medical Center task force handling Health Risk Assessment and Accountability for the Massachusetts Medicaid and Health Connector Program.

His education includes degrees from Eastern Nazarene College, as well as specified certification program training from Clarke University and Microsoft. His background in technology lends itself to the oversight of operations in Côte d’Ivoire.

Mr. Koffi is part of a Massachusetts-based consulting group – Boston International Business Group – that completes project work in West Africa.
