For over a quarter-century, Dorine Rivers has distinguished herself in major management and operational roles helping companies create efficient organizational processes and viable systems. She is the CEO of Alpha 81. Inc., an Arizona-based firm successfully supporting corporate innovations, expansions, and exits in software, technology, medical, life/health sciences, education, and other industries. Her expertise is in strategic planning and management, and building effective business infrastructures by creating and identifying growth opportunities and providing advisory services.

Dr. Rivers has her PhD in Business Management and Human & Organizational Systems, a Master’s in Organizational Behavior, and a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). Additional certifications include Investment Banking Securities Licenses Series 63 and 79, Distribution & Logistics Management Certification, Mediation and Arbitration Certification, and a General Contractor License.

She has served as the Director of MBA Graduate Studies and holds a certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL).

She has conducted numerous workshops and seminars in the workplace and has written and produced over 100 training videos. As a published author and screenwriter, she has won numerous awards. Her articles have been published around the globe in a variety of business magazines and trade journals.
